I had a 20th fret added under the 1st and 2nd strings.
Almost new condition. Only the slightest wear where the right arm contacts the soundboard.

Navarro is one of Paracho's top luthiers. This is a concert instrument and I have used it myself for several performances with the Minneapolis Guitar Quartet. Response is explosive and quick. But sensuous melodic tones are not difficult to achieve.

Stagg case in great condition.
