Acoustic Guitar - 2008 Jose Ramirez 125 Anos - Guitarras de Estudio - Cedar/Indian #1049

For your consideration is this Jose Ramirez 125 Anos guitar built in 2008, #1049 of a limited edition guitar that will only be built from 2007 to 2011.
This guitar is absolutely beautiful inside and out with a nice full, rich sound that rivals other guitars costing much more.
With the exeption of a minor ding on the binding, this guitar is in MINT CONDITION. There are no other cosmetic or structural issues with this instrument whatsoever. It looks like new.

The 125 Anos is the most affordable solid wood guitar being made by Jose Ramirez and its design is based on the high-end “E Series” template originally designed by Jose Ramirez III.
The top is solid red cedar. Back and sides are nice set of solid Indian rosewood. It also features a Spanish cedar neck, rosewood bridge, and a solid ebony fingerboard. A special rosette design created for
this guitar by Amalia Ramirez adorns the soundhole and is tastefully repeated on the bridge support. The same design on the purflings of the soundboard completes the set. The scale length is 650mm and nut width is 52mm. The tuning machines are gold plated Fustero.

This instrument possesses a deep, rich bass, clear singing trebles and a clear mid-range. The sound and projection are excellent.
It plays beautifully with spot-on intonation all the way up the neck. The action and the shape of the neck is very comfortable.
If you love the sound of the traditional Spanish guitar, a guitar with “growl”, you will love this Ramirez 125 Anos. It is a gem.
