Excellent. There is just a barely visible hairline crack underneath the tapping plate. It’s nearly impossible to capture it on camera. There is an occasional ding here and there, but the overal condition is absolutely excellent for a guitar of this vintage.
The trebbles are really sweet and lyrical. Not too much sustain, just the perfect amount for a flamenco guitar. The basses are snappy and punchy and very deep sounding. I’ve never experienced any guitar with such a low pitched basses as this one. This guitar is really LOUD and can easily compete with palmas and heavy dancing or singing without amplification.
It plays like butter, very easily without too much buzz. We all know easy playability is not always guaranteed with Reyes’ guitars.
