Description: Acoustic Guitar - van Bergeijk Big Sound (gypsy)
There are no pictures available for this acoustic guitar
Selmer style guitar “van Bergeijk”Big Sound
The loudest and most balanced Django guitar you can find. I’ve made this guitar in 2002. The sound is extremely loud and direct, the typical Django attack. For the top European spruce is used. Excellent fine grain alpino quality. The soundhole inlay is stylish narrow abalone. You can see the traditional tailpiece in gold. The bridge is ebony.
The top is very light braced.
For the back and sides first class Indian rosewood is used. Chocolate brown coloured.
The neck is maple with a narrow thin line decoration.
The back is solid wood in a very stiff construction this makes the instrument very loud and full. A lot of Selmer style guitars sound only metallic and thin, this one sounds warm and cuts like a knife.
Scale 65 cm
Neck: 46 mm at the 0 fret
57 at the14 fret
A K&K pure system is installed. The instrument will be delivered in a Hiscax case.
100% OK no damage and a great guitar for the gypsy player, for the acoustic guitarist who needs some Django licks and for anyone who loves a handmade guitar.
