measure gap between the top 12th fret and bottom of string in mm on the 6th and 1st strings: approximately 3 mm and 2,5 mm

Measure from the top (tapping plate) on the bridge to the 6th string 9mm and to 1st string 8 mm

condition: the guitar is in very good original condition, the finish too, no scratches, no nail marks, no repairs are done and no repairs needed, no cracks, no warping of neck.
