Top Master Grade Western Red Cedar - another favorite amongst luthiers and players. The woods were harvested in 1968
Sides/Back Curly Walnut harvested in Oregon - Please note that the Sides are one piece...there is no joint on the bottom bout! A signature of Barthell guitars

Head Plate Ebony and Walnut - Beveled edges - quite beautiful
Bridge Ebony
Neck 3piece Mahogany with ebony insert and Walnut for the external spine - the neck seems to sympathetically vibrate with the resonance of the body. Overall, extraordinary.
