Picture of bassoon - 1927 Heckel bassoon SN= 6626 /6

This is a 1927 pre-war Heckel bassoon in wonderful condition! The serial number listed on the horn in more than one place is "6626". There is also the number "6" under a lot of the keys throughout the instrument.This is called the bench number , which is in reference to production order when it was manufactured.
