Description: Cello Bow - Professional Cello Bow; Collectors Item
The bow is actually very dear to me, and I wouldn't sell it if I didn't have to at this time. I recieved the bow about four and a half years ago when I lived in Switzerland in the home of cellist Dimitry Markevitch. It was given to me as a gift when I left to return back to the States. Since then, I've been playing on a friend's cello with my bow and have yet to get my cello shipped to Boston untill I can find the right apartment. The Bow bears no brand; the stick is round and is made of orange-brown pernambuco. The frog is of silver and ebony; the eyes are Parisian, and the button is of three pieces. The weight is about 75 grams, and the overall length of the bow is about 722 mm. The bow is in excellent condition, with semingly perfect balance and feel.
