Description: Clarinet - LeBlanc Infinite for sale
This is an absolutely wonderful pro-level clarinet from the 1990s LeBlanc redesigned pro lineup...Tom Ridenour designed this instrument to be LeBlanc's answer to Buffet's R-13, but with all of the inherent problems of the R-13 (most notably, the uneven intonation and imbalanced resistance between registers) fixed. It's a beautiful horn, made from a beautiful piece of grenadilla...LeBlanc is famous for the gorgeous optical quality of the wood they choose, and this instrument is no exception.
It was my primary instrument through most of my undergrad at Juilliard, until I got a LeBlanc Opus, then it became my backup Bb. The sound is lush and dark, the scale is fantastic, and it's a very comfortable instrument to play.
If you're in the New York area and you'd like to try it out, let me know!
Can provide sound files and additional photos if requested. US buyers only please...
