Loud, powerful 7/8 German Bass. Probably from Mittenwald and about 50-70 years old. Beautiful condition with relatively new tuners. Originally belonged to bassist with Tex Ritter band and later used as primary bass by one of San Diego's top jazz pros. This bass has an organ like growl and wonderful bottom end sustain. It is one of the few German basses that really has thrilling acoustic power in a hall. You can use it on Beethoven 9 or without an amp in a small club. Includes good quality moorydian padded bag.
