Double Bass (Contrabass) - Looking for a Double bass

Looking for a double bass around 1000-3000$, not from plywood.
I've been playing foer about a year, mainly jazz.
I live in israel so i would perfer a bass located in israel, otherwise shipping must be included in the price i wrote above.
