Double Bass (Contrabass) - Samuel Shen Double Bass, Rogeri SB 300

The double bass is a model Rogeri SB 300 made by Samuel Shen. The top is hand-carved of solid spruce, and the back, ribs, and scroll are hand-carved of a medium figured maple. It was purchased new in May of 2005 and appraised at $8,700. I used it primarily for my college auditions, and for solo and orchestral playing. I also have a heavily padded nylon cover. I am trying to sell this bass as soon as I can.
