Here is a wonderful vintage Professional William S. Haynes open hole French flute. Per Haynes, this flute was made in May of 1945 - serial number - 17,944. This was a great time for Haynes flutes, the Golden Era if you will. All the bells & whistles of this fine, handmade, thin wall flute including the gold springs & soldered tone holes make for an unequalled playing experience. Included, is the original body tenon cap, cleaning rod & case. There are no dents or scratches anywhere on the flute. The flute plays well as is. The last overhaul was about 4 years ago. It truly is in remarkable condition for being 64 years old & thus, is a solid investment as well. It is being offered at less than half the price of a new one. Serious buyers may contact me for pics.
