The YFL-774HCT Professional Flute features Yamaha's exclusive "type-4" body style known for its projection and blending tone. This instrument was designed to maintain a focused tone core in every range, at any dynamic and in any hall. It features an entirely new scale for accurate intonation in all registers and an innovative tone hole design to provide precisely the right amount of air resistance for excellent tone color flexibility. All Yamaha 700 series flutes feature a sterling silver EC cut headjoint, sterling silver body, footjoint and keys, French style pad cups and arms, white gold springs for a lighter touch and optimum response and tapered pivot screws for smooth action and accurate adjustment. The YFL-774HCT model features open hole design with B-foot joint with gizmo key, offset G key with split-E mechanism, and C# trill key.
