A Frank Hubbard double manual instrument modeled after Taskin with a lute stop. It is in good condition and has a fine, full bodied sound suitable for chamber concerts. In 1972, when Hubbard decided to create his models in kits that could be assembled by others, he produced the prototype and offered it to us. Ours was assembled by a professional harpsichord builder and service technician in 1980 and has been serviced annually through the years by technicians who can supply a dispassionate assessment of its condition.
