HIMA double bass are made of Himalayan snow flamed maple and spruce. That is one of the world's best tonewoods for the making of high quality basses.
The ebony fingerboard of the HIMA bass cames from India.
The bass machine is german - Rubner's production.
Now, we make five different types of double basses for bassists and advanced students. The size of the bass include: 1/4, 3/4 (standard) and 4/4.
You can select classical Italian cornered bass or the german uncornered bass. We also have a HIMA carved tailpiece for our basses. The varnish include spring varnish and classicl oil varnish.
