Owned and cared for by registered piano technician, member of Piano Technicians Guild.

One owner since 1965.

Last tuned two years ago.

Well-maintained action in good condition.

Some wear to exterior, but overall in good condition.

Piano also contains Ampico A Player/Reproducer, needs restoration.

Must relocate to smaller home with no room for a piano
