Piano - WANTED: Piano (spinet/console/studio/upright)

Moved to area (sold my piano before I moved) looking for a piano that can fit in small space (so no grands) and are at a very good price. Must not be a "fixer-upper". Just graduated from music school and cannot afford to spend a lot, but I would really appreciate it if you had a great piano that you want to give to a good home. Please let me know! Thanks!
