Psaltery - Wing-shaped Psaltry

This Wing-shaped Psaltry is a unique offering from Orphic Airs. Inspired by a European stained glass window, this psaltry sports 25 common guitar strings arranged in 2 wings which can be tuned such that the bass notes of one side can be played in accompaniment with the melody notes of the other, higher piched side. Channeled head design gives full and brilliant tone. This one is adorned with a sound-hole shaped like a flying gull, the trademark of Luthier J. K. D�nae Denby-Spencer.
