Tuba - College-bound student looking for 5 valve C tuba

I am looking for a reasonably priced tuba pitched in C (under $6000). If it doesn't have 5 valves I don't want it lol. I prefer it to be somewhere near Illinois but feel free to message me anyway. Also, I definantly will not buy without any pictures.
