Tuba: Serious Tuba Student in Need of CC Tuba

I'm a Junior in high school with aspirations to become a professional tuba player, and study and practice seriously, but on my school's horn.

I'm looking for a good horn that will last me a long time, and used is fine. It needs to be a CC, for I hope to be a generally orchestral player. Piston valve is preferable (I'm guessing the 5th is generally a rotary, so te 4+1 is preferable), and silver or brass is fine.

The one thing is that I'd GREATLY appreciate if we could negotiate a payment plan, for I'm not in the best financial situation. I'm reliable, and if we negotiate something you can count on me to come through, but it is not within my power to pay in full for now.
