Tuba for sale - Silver 4/4 PT-3 with 5 rotary valves

Hi all!

I am a fairly recent graduate of a large College of Music in the Southeast and will be attending graduate school in a different field this fall. I am selling the PT-3 I used throughout college and have owned for seven years (second owner). It is one of the most versatile tubas I've ever played on, fitting beautifully into any kind of ensemble from brass quintets and tuba quartets to large symphonic bands and orchestras. It also performs marvelously as a solo instrument.

Some additional info:

- silver plated
- 5 rotary valves
- 4/4 size
- no dents that I am aware of
- will be completely shined before shipped or picked up
- located in very far North Florida
- gig bag and any accessories or solos and methods can be included if requested
- if shipped, will be shipped with the utmost care (I work in a retail instrument store and we ship instruments out daily)

I haven't been in the market for an instrument for quite some time, so if there is any other information anyone would like I would be happy to add to this.

I am asking $8000 for this horn, but will be willing to entertain any serious offers.

I am extremely sad to part with it, but am hopeful it will come into the hands of someone who has more use for it than I do!
