This Musser M44 has A=440 tuning, standard on this instrument before 1994, at which point Musser switched to A=442 (that factoid, according to this 2005 parts list: dubdubdub-dot-musser-mallets-dot-com/pdf/parts/M44.pdf ). Paper enclosure discusses tuning.
I bought this set of vibes from Hampshire Music Co (Plaistow, NH) in 1991 and have the original paperwork enclosures. These vibes saw gentle use for a couple years; and thereafter they were well cared for in my pet-free / smoke-free home. The rubber motor belt still looks plenty viable, plus there's a spare belt in perfect condition. Even the dustcover was protected from dust and I left the protective masking tape on the casters.
