Violin for sale - Erich Werner 4/4 German Professional Violin (Stradivarius copy)

Model 227. Serial #51557. Signed "E. Werner". The tone of the instrument is outstanding, full and rich. Made in Bubenreuth, Germany, a town famous for wonderfully crafted instruments. The violin comes with a nice bow and a beautiful hard case with zippered cover.

The violin was made in 1986 and purchased in 2001 by the first owner, a professional concert violinist who moved up to a more expensive instrument. The original purchase price was $3,695.00 (I have a copy of the original receipt) and the violin was appraised for that price on 6/2/03, according to the first owner.
