I picked up a few extra of these violins when I was on a trip to Beijing. They are perfect for students, or beginning violinists/fiddlers because while they are hand-made with genuine carved maple back and sides, and carved spruce top, they are well-built and sturdy.

Over the years, I have recommended more of these violins than any other due to their good quality and decent price. They last forever and can be passed down to the next willing student once an upgrade is deemed necessary.
