Label sais "Joh. Bapt. Schweitzer / fecit at forman / Hieronym. Amati Pestini 1813"
Of course this is not a genuine violin by Schweitzer but it is a very fine copy. It needs some work by a luthier, but no big things: a new bridge, new strings, a fine small crack at the right f-hole, small open place at lower rib (can be glued from outside). Pegs work still well. I cannot say much about the sound because the violin was never ready to play. But with good new strings and a new bridge it will sound very well in my opinion.
