I purchased this intrument NEW in 2001 as a home practice organ. I am a degreed, professional organist who needed such an organ to practice on while in college. I was the only person to ever play or practice on the organ, and was always kept in my studio room in my house under lock and key. This organ has had the best care. I would love to keep it, but I haven't the room for it anymore and can practice on the instrument that I play regularly for a church.
