This is a beautiful French antique violin approx. 170 years old.The inside label says:
"copie de
Antonius Stradivarius Cremonensis Faciebat Anno 1721"
There is a hand written '1830'.
Another label says "Made in France"
The back has remarkable flame, and has an inscription '1890'.
It is full-sized violin. There are few well-repaired cracks on the top;
These are typical for violins in this age.
The violin is in good playing condition with excellent mature tone.
